1. Pricing
Our pricing policy aims to provide value and convenience through online reservations. Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed are per person and do not include gratuities for guides or drivers, travel insurance, meals or beverages, accommodation services, room services, or laundry. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, especially in cases of unforeseen circumstances like airline ticket price increases, hotel rate changes, or additional transport costs.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment is required at booking, and credit card information is needed to complete the transaction, which will appear on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, a confirmation slip will be emailed by our travel consultants. Please keep a printed copy of this confirmation as proof of payment to redeem your travel package. Ensure you provide accurate travel information during booking.

5. Cancellation Procedures
To cancel a booking, please read the cancellation policy associated with your specific package. All cancellation requests must be submitted to One Life Tourism in writing. Upon receipt, we will confirm cancellation by email, fax, or phone and inform you of any applicable cancellation fees.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Itinerary adjustments may occur due to local conditions, weather, or scheduling changes. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of comparable value, depending on availability. Changes, if any, are generally communicated before departure. One Life Tourism reserves the right to make minor itinerary amendments without compensation in instances of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters).
7. Accommodation & Check-In/Check-Out Policy
If your selected accommodation is unavailable, we will make every effort to secure a similar alternative within your budget. Check-in and check-out policies vary by hotel and are subject to availability. One Life Tourism is not liable for requests not accommodated by the hotel.
8. Travel Insurance
One Life Tourism is not liable for damages resulting from accidents, illness, injury, personal baggage loss, or trip cancellations. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
9. Travel Documentation
Guests are responsible for ensuring they carry the necessary travel documents, including passports and valid identification. This is particularly important for international travelers. One Life Tourism cannot issue refunds for trips canceled due to lack of appropriate documentation. We advise checking with your respective consulate regarding entry requirements before travel.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
All website content, including logos, images, package details, pricing, and other relevant information, is proprietary to One Life Tourism. By using this website, you agree not to exploit any of its content for non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.
